Regular Registration

Regular Registration includes:

• Admission to sessions
• Admission to tutorial
• Book of abstracts
• Conference proceedings
• Welcome cocktail and Evening reception
• Half-day excursion (additional tickets may be purchased separately)
• Refreshments during breaks

Early registration, on or before April 15th, 2011: 400 Euro
Late registration, on April 16th, 2011 and after: 500 Euro

Student Registration

Students (ID required) who are currently registered at a College or University have a special registration rate which includes:

• Admission to sessions
• Admission to tutorial
• Book of abstracts
• Conference proceedings
• Welcome cocktail and Evening reception
• Refreshments during breaks

The half-day excursion is not included in the student registration price, but tickets may be purchased separately.

Early registration, on or before April 15th, 2011: 250 Euro
Late registration, on April 16th, 2011 and after: 350 Euro

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing and received by the Conference coordinator at parcfd2011[at]bsc[dot]es on or before the above deadlines. Emergency and special circumstance cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed. Please note that registration fees do not include traveler's or cancellation insurance.

• Requests received on or before April 1, 2011 receive a full refund less a processing fee of 25 Euro
• Requests made between April 2 and May 1 receive 50% of the registration fee
• No refunds will be issued from May 2, 2011
